About Daniel :

My name is Daniel Gold. I am studying at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. I have been a keen runner since spending time in the Fells of the Lake District.
I managed to complete full marathons in London and Paris due to the fantastic support I had. Running this half-marathon will be especially challenging because of the heat and hilly terrain. I am looking forward very much to running around a city so central to the history of the Jewish people, especially in the year of the State's 60th anniversary.


About Sderot:

I'd be grateful for your help in demonstrating how resolute the stance of the Israeli public is against terrorism by supporting the people of Sderot.
I believe this kind of charitable action is just the beginning, and serves to highlight the issue. And with public pressure the government should speed up its development of an anti-Kassam defence system.
